Our adaptive reuse of this 1934 wool store creates six levels of flexible learning and research spaces around a new light-filled atrium. The building features a four-level extension along its east side, a new sixth floor and a creative realignment of two floor plates to address existing limitations. This sustainable project recycles original steel and timber, harvests rainwater and integrates passive and active environmental control devices.
